Joni P. Greene, President of Atlantic Environmental Construction Co. has been involved with the day-to-day operations of the corporation since 1992. She originally assumed the position as Contract Administrator and Office Manager.

Mrs. Greene has passed and obtained her General Contractors Class A Technical and Building License and has assumed the responsibility of President and designated employee for AEC.

In January of 2006 majority ownership in AEC was transferred to Mrs. Greene. As President, she maintains overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the corporation and is responsible for long-range corporate planning, project costing, overall compliance of hazardous material regulations, field and office management, client relationships, contract negotiation, procurement of insurances, bonding and financial accountability.
