AEC’s intent is to market to and align ourselves with insurance firms, restoration and development contractors, multi-facility retail and manufacturing corporations, utilities, commercial realty owner and management firms, hospitals, and health care facilities, private and state colleges, and universities, and contractors handling state and federal renovation contracts.

The current breakdown of contracts:
 

AEC provides:

• Full occurrence liability insurance, $1,000,000.00 per occurrence, $2,000,000.00 aggregates with a $4,000.000.00 excess, with inclusion for HAZMAT, spill response, long shoremens, and professional errors and omissions.
• DOT liability insurance up to 5 million limit.
• 100% payment and performance bonds written by a treasury listed, rated domestic bond firm, single project limit approximately 5 million with combined project limits of 10 million.
• Approximately 45 full time employees, 35 of which are our field production crews with a full complement of support equipment to handle multiple site projects or single projects up to 5 million dollars.

AEC historically completes in a twelve (12) month period approximately two hundred fifty (250) contracts in five (5) different states with the largest single contract approximately $4,200,000.00 with a one hundred-twenty (120) day duration and the average size contract approximately $150,000.00-$250,000.00 with a thirty to sixty (30-60) day duration.

AEC’s CEO, William M. Greene was selected to lecture and teach various aspects of asbestos contracting for the Medical College of Virginia Program for Continuing Education, as well as other lecturing obligations for private industry risk management groups and community organizations.
