DONALD A. KOONCE
VICE PRESIDENT

Donald A. Koonce, Vice President of Atlantic Enviromental Companies, is responsible for client development, overall management of field operations, commercial sales, and contract administration, as well as some estimating responsibilities.

Mr. Koonce formed D. A. Koonce Electrical Contracting and Service Company, Inc. with sales at approximately $1 million annually employing twenty-four employees. As President of D. A. Koonce Electrical, Mr. Koonce's responsibilities included project estimating, client relationships, design and layout, material procurement and inventory, employee management, project management, quality control, job costing, and overseeing office staff. Mr. Koonce also formed Koonce Electrical Company which services commercial, residential, and industrial electrical needs.

Mr. Koonce is a graduate of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, completed requirements for Master Electrician Level 1 and Level 2, completed an electrical estimating course at Old Dominion University, and completed requirements for a course in Electrical Estimating and Contract Management for Commercial Electrical Construction.

Mr. Koonce has assisted in forming AEC with much knowledge of the contracting industry.
